Returns & refunds
Your right to cancel: If you order on the internet or by phone you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. All items must be returned in original re-saleable condition with proof of purchase.
Returns policy – after receipt of the goods
After you have received your goods you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange (provided you have the receipt), as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 14 days.
When will I receive my order?
We try very hard to ensure that items are in stock and despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, and usually same day for orders received before 3pm. You can therefore expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days of order, or 3 days for weekend orders.
Very occasionally however, despite our best efforts, or in periods of higher than usual demand for some items, an item may go out of stock between purchase and processing your order. Should that ever be the case we’ll contact you immediately to advise of when we expect more stock, and you’ll then have the option of waiting till the item is in stock, having an immediate full refund, or exchanging for another in-stock item as you prefer.
Postage & Packaging
Shipping rates are currently €4.95 or €5.95 for larger orders or FREE for Gift Certificates. We ship by Courier as standard within the Republic of Ireland only currently.
